With 5,000 square feet of combined covered space between the enclosed barn and connected pavilion, the Gathering Barn offers a flexible countryside setting for workshops, creative sessions, photography, styled shoots, intimate gatherings, and small approved uses.
String lights, fans, crossback chairs, six-foot tables, and a sound system are being added to support gatherings with warmth and ease, while the raw, open nature of the space leaves room for each experience to feel personal, creative, and thoughtfully designed.

We consider small, intentional gatherings on a case-by-case basis. All gatherings must be approved in advance based on guest count, timing, setup needs, vendors, parking, and applicable local requirements.

The Gathering Barn is a raw, flexible space with covered pavilion areas and countryside views. We are continuing to add thoughtful improvements, including string lights, fans, seating, tables, and sound support.

No. Day-use gatherings, photography sessions, workshops, and creative rentals are booked separately from overnight cottage stays.

All outside vendors, photographers, stylists, instructors, caterers, or event professionals must be approved in advance.

Access depends on the type of rental and the spaces reserved. We’ll always confirm exactly which areas are included in advance. Please note that the owner’s shop at the back of the property is private and is not available for guest use.
